Wholesale Purchases & Exclusions

We welcome wholesale buyers, but please note that Moisture Flow® offers and details do not apply to bulk orders. Wholesale transactions must adhere to the following policies:

Wholesale Qualification – Any purchase of 10 or more units by an individual, business, or shipping address is classified as a wholesale order.
Exclusion from Discounts & Free Shipping – All Moisture Flow® promotions, seasonal sales, and free shipping offers are not applicable to wholesale orders.
Wholesale Shipping Fees – Buyers purchasing wholesale quantities must cover all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Moisture Flow® Offers, Discounts & Exclusion

Retail promotions are only available for purchases of 9 units or fewer. To maintain pricing integrity, all Moisture Flow® promotions and discounts follow these terms:

Eligibility – Discounts and offers apply only to orders of 9 units or fewer.
One Offer Per Order – Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or seasonal sales.
Free Shipping & Percentage Discounts –
- Free shipping and a percentage-based discount may be combined ONLY if Moisture Flow® applies them directly (no discount code needed).
- Otherwise, free shipping and a discount cannot be combined in the same order.
Free Shipping Restrictions – Available only for orders within the continental United States.
International Orders – Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for all additional shipping charges, duties, and import taxes

Fraud Prevention, Cancellations & Processing Fees

To prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized bulk purchases, Moisture Flow® enforces the following security measures:

Bulk Order Restrictions – Orders exceeding 9 units across multiple transactions to the same individual, business, or shipping address may be flagged and canceled.
Discount Misuse Protection – Improper use of discount codes will result in order cancellation.
Fraudulent Transactions & Payment Verification – Suspicious orders may require additional verification before processing.
Cancellation Fees for Fraudulent Orders – If an order is found to be fraudulent, Moisture Flow® reserves the right to charge a $50.00 processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy – Customers must contact support to cancel their order instead of filing a credit card dispute.
Chargeback Fees – If a dispute is filed instead of canceling directly with us, the customer will be charged a $30 dispute fee plus service fees.
Order Change & Cancellation Fees – If a customer cancels after processing, refunds will be issued minus payment processing service fee.

Changes to Moisture Flow® Offers and Details

Moisture Flow® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, discount, or offer at any time without prior notice.
