How Does It Work?
The Moisture Flow® Soffit Vent uses a precision-engineered plenum box to direct airflow efficiently:
Enhanced Air Velocity: When moist air enters the vent through a reducer, it increases in velocity, much like a pressure cleaner, ensuring it exits the soffit with force.
Air Separation Technology: The vent separates moist air from passive soffit airflow, preventing cooler attic air from mixing with extracted air. This ensures proper attic circulation and reduces the risk of mold and moisture buildup.
Compatibility: Works with duct sizes ranging from 4” to 8” and is suitable for exhaust fans with CFMs of 100 to 200. A reducer can adapt larger ducts to the 4” vent opening.

Warm air naturally rises and exits through the ridge vent, drawing cooler, drier air from the soffits below.
Venturi Effect
Positive airflow across the roof’s ridge creates a “venturi effect,” generating negative pressure that pulls air out of the ridge vent while pulling fresh air into the soffits.
